The Glasshouse at Eskmills, in Musselburgh is owned by one of Scotland's most creative and passionate chefs, Steve Adair.

The former historic mill has been transformed to create a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant where the original architecture blends with new stunning contemporary features.

Located within a courtyard piazza of the restored Eskmills, the result is a relaxed dining experience where the food speaks for itself.

With a huge natural larder thanks to the surrounding East Lothian countryside and a commitment to using local produce and suppliers, the resulting dishes ensure customers return again and again.
