STEVIE ADAIR
This is the first solo step for Edinburgh-born, Chef Adair who has been head chef and overseen the openings of well known Edinburgh restaurants including The Tower and The Gallery Restaurant and worked in other notable establishments including Gleneagles, The Witchery and Prestonfield House. Chef Adair also cooked for the Queen in 2006 as part of her 80th birthday celebrations.
